The villa lies in the Massa Lubrense district less than 1 km from the centre of S. Agata sui due Golfi, in a very panoramic position with a view of the sea and of an island called Isola dei Galli. The property consists of a villa and an annex divided into 2 independent suites with access from the veranda looking onto the large courtyard which leads to the swimmingpool. The property is completely enclosed with access from an automatic gate. The villa has excellent quality furniture, and is equipped with telephone (only for incoming calls), stereo with CD player, and heating: in the villa there is central heating, and in the annex there are efficient stoves; outside you will find a large private garden with dining area, barbecue and wood-burning oven - all of which is very well looked-after - and a beautiful view. There is also a private parking area, an external laundry and the 5x8m swimming-pool with solarium and panoramic view. The nearest beach is at Marina del Cantone, where you will find a restaurants and bars, and where you can hire sunshade and deck-chairs. From S. Agata by car Sorrento is about 15 minutes away, and so is the road that winds along the whole of the Amalfi Coast, going through Positano and carrying on as far as Amalfi. There are many excellent restaurants in the area, some of which are famous internationally.
